These terms govern your use of the websites and products operated by UtilitySEO Ltd (“Studio 107”, “we”), including UtilitySEO, Atelio, Clkly, Ember Social and Sitewright Studio (the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to these terms.

Your account

You must be at least 16 years old, provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account.

Acceptable use

You must follow our Acceptable use policy. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach it.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or annually, and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel from your account at any time. We offer a 14-day refund on the most recent payment, no questions asked.

Your content

You retain ownership of the content you put into the Services. You grant us a limited licence to host, process and display it solely to provide the Services.

Our IP

We retain ownership of the Services, including code, design, branding and documentation. You may not copy, resell or reverse-engineer the Services except as permitted by law.

Service availability

We work hard to keep the Services running, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Scheduled maintenance is communicated in advance where possible.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or in connection with the Services is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Termination

Either of us may terminate the agreement at any time. On termination, your access ends and we may delete your data after a reasonable retention period.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
