Acceptable use policy

We want our products to be genuinely useful - and not used to make the internet worse. This policy applies to every Studio 107 product.

You may not use the Services to

• Send unsolicited bulk email, spam, or messages that violate anti-spam laws (CAN-SPAM, PECR, GDPR consent rules).
• Phish, impersonate other people or organisations, or send deceptive content.
• Distribute malware, run denial-of-service attacks, or attempt to compromise our infrastructure.
• Scrape or rate-limit-bypass third-party services in a way that violates their terms.
• Generate, host or distribute content that is illegal, infringing, sexually explicit involving minors, or that incites violence or hatred.
• Manipulate search engines or social platforms in ways that violate their published guidelines.
• Resell or rebrand the Services as your own without a written agreement.

Rate limits

Even on the Unlimited plan, fair-use rate limits apply to protect the Services for everyone. We will contact you before taking action if your usage looks unusual.

Reporting abuse

If you see content or behaviour that breaches this policy, email support@utilityseo.comwith the words “abuse report” in the subject line.

Enforcement

We may suspend, throttle or terminate accounts that breach this policy. Where the breach is serious, we may do so without prior notice.
